Lunch time touch is back again this year, beginning Monday 4 March at 12:10 until 1pm. Also on Park 12.

Monday evening training will continue until the winter season starts in June, when the single sex comp will replace it.

**Coaches required**

If you are interested in doing a bit of coaching please let us know! We will need 5-6 people to assist us this year. The more of us there are, the less we each need to do.

Brand NEW AUTC uniforms!
The club is moving to a new uniform that complies with the University of Adelaide standards. The new design incorporates the AU logos and mascot (lion), check it out by downloading the design file attached to the bottom of this post.

If you would like a new uniform please fill out this form. It is possible to get a shirt with your name or nickname on it!! They will cost just $25 and be available before the autumn season starts.

Sizing chart is at bottom of this email.

Beach Touch
Touch is heading to the beach on Sunday 24 March. Organise yourself a team and enter here. Or, if you are looking for a team email

Unsure? Beach touch is plenty of fun. The game is modified slightly to compensate for all the extra effort of running on sand. The fields are much smaller and we play with one more attacker than defender. Women play 2 vs 3 and men play 3 vs 4. It's all pretty casual and the referees officiate from the side of the field.

Check out the Beach Touch poster for prize and entry details.

Summer finals
The last week of Waite is this week. Unfortunately none of the AUTC teams made it to the Grand Final, however they did do very well throughout the season. AUTC Fozzie was promoted to the C/D grade after week 3 and continued on very strongly to finished 3rd on the ladder!

The two top teams struggled in the A/B division with many players missing due to injury and vacations.

The Waite grand finals will play at 6:10pm and 7pm this Thursday and are followed immediately by the presentations of the Best and Fairest and trophies and Champions awards.

Autumn season dates
The autumn season will start on Thursday 4 April. Game times range between 6:10pm and 9pm. Autumn is a short, mixed sex, 5-a-side competition at City Touch which fills the gap between summer and winter touch. It is a lot of fun and a great introduction to touch for beginners. More info as the date draws nearer...

Eastern Stingrays are Regional Champions!
Last Friday AUTC's TFSA League affiliate, Eastern Stingrays, became the TFSA League Regional Champions after taking out both the Men's and Women's Grand Finals. Many AUTC members represent as 'stingers' and it was a fantastic feeling to dominate the summer season.

This is the men's teams 3rd championship and the women's 4th. The Stingers coaching and administrative staff have worked hard over the season: Mark, Mick, Jo, Glenn, Ricki, Kiwi and Latch. Also, the region's referees have done a splendid job and made it possible for us to participate in the competition: Paul 'Gonzo' Harrold, Ben Harrison, Tom Ralph and Darren Jones.

Is it time for you step up next season and trial to join this awesome club??
