New to the club?

Training

The club runs training sessions during the autumn and winter seasons (March-September). Starting after Adelaide University's O-week, training sessions run for approximately 90 minutes on Wednesday nights starting at 6 pm. Training is located on University Grounds off of War Memorial Drive as indicated on the map below. AUTC coaches take these sessions and focus on individual skills, fitness and team play.
