AUSA Scholarship extended

FAST TWITCH ATHLETE SPONSORSHIP CLOSING DATE EXTENDED!!

Fast Twitch Performance Training Centres have jumped on board with AUSA to provide sponsorship to two Adelaide University students or AUSA members.

Fast Twitch enables athletes to train at the same speed that he or she performs under resistance.  They work on a two step system that develops an athlete's speed, quickness, explosiveness, power, endurance and strength to their maximum potential. Fast Twitch is for any athlete who wants to take their sport to the next level!

Fast Twitch is offering two AUSA members a sponsorship for a full 12 week program, valued at $957!  To apply, head to the AUSA website, click on the 'Forms' tab and return the "Fast Twitch Sponsorship Form" to the AUSA before March 12 2010.

Uni O-week helpers

AUTC needs helpers to sit at the O-week desk on Adelaide Uni campus and lure new members.  O-week runs from Feb 22-26 and Mel needs some extra hands Monday-Thursday.

Stingrays Coaches

The 2010 State League Series is just around the corner and Eastern Stingrays are looking to field an Open Men's and Open Women's team.

At this stage we are seeking registrations of interest for people to COACH  either of these teams. Upon selection coaches will be offered the opportunity to hold this position for a period of two consecutive years (2010 & 2011 series).
