AUTC Orcas (6) v Off the Leash (5)

In a steady performance, the Orcas managed to secure victory over Off The Leash. With several male players absent, some of the guys struggled to maintain concentration and effort throughout the game. Off The Leash as per usual maintained possession and pressured the Orcas whose organisation in defence was sometimes lacking. The attack of the Orcas lacked consistency but was potent enough to secure victory.

With the completion of round 3 - and with some new teams coming in - I have regraded the divisions at Waite.  Team numbers have "exploded" since I came up with the 3 div draw, so i have returned to the four divisions of past years.  Please check which grade you are now in.  This was done simply on the position on the ladder, breaking the two large bottom divs into 3 slightly smaller ones.  As a result, game times have changed (again) from those previously published, so please double check on the "waite competition" link above.  All points already earned will be kept on transferring into the new grade.   Thanks for your patience in regard to the g

Summer Mixed teams are below.

Adelaide Uni runs its own Mixed Touch Comp on Thursday nights over summer at the Waite playing fields in Netherby, starting 23rd October 2008.  We will be calling for nominations for uni teams soon, (via the the club email list), but for non-club members, you may be interested in entering your own team.  For more details on this competition check out "Waite Competition" in the main menu above, and follow the links to Competition Information.
